Description:
The purpose of this course is to provide basic level skills training for regional caseworkers providing follow-up recovery planning services to clients. This course covers the value, timing and standards for the followup including case documentation. This course also covers rare client situations, problem-solving, referrals, advocacy for other services, assessing qualifications for supplemental direct client assistance, the RDO Exception procedure, and introduces the Follow-up Job Tools in the Casework and Recovery Planning Toolkit. Scenarios for group discussion are also included.
